Here is another time, another place. An 85-year-old home along the Hamakua Coast near
Akaka Falls where the love and peace that you experience is like nowhere else. Miss Akiko is
an artist and author of Children's Books - staying with her is a unique experience - a time
to change pace and check in(ward) with yourself (and you don't have to be a Buddhist to stay
here!). Offerings are varied: B&B rooms in the Main House & Puuhonua House; the Mango
Tree & Banana Patch cottages; a Retreat Studio for a 2 week or longer stay; the complete
facility including the 900 sq. ft. Studio Space & Big Kitchen for retreat groups of up to
12 people. Rates: B&B rooms from $55 per night; Cottage $65 or $85 per night. For retreat
