Oceanfront Beach Houses
       The Vacation Rentals feature:
  • A large 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with loft and large living room with views of the beach & bay (comfortably sleeps 8 adults).
  • A cottage with one bedroom, full bath, living room, and mini-kitchen.
  • Both beach houses are fully furnished.
  • Both are Gambrell designed, Lindall cedar homes built 8 ft. off the ground to take advantage of the stunning views.

The Location:
On two acres of manicured lawn shaded by a bounty of coconut trees marching majestically to the very shore of the bay. Located approximately half way between Hilo and Kailua-Kona and a half-hour drive from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.

Rates and Policies:
  • The Punaluu Beach Home rate is $250 per night; $1300 per week
  • The Punaluu Beach Cottage rate is $150.00 per night; $750 per week
  • Longer stays at negotiable rates
  • 3 night minimum stay
  • Daily maid service can be arranged upon request for an additional fee
  • Check in Time: 3pm ~ Check out Time: 11am
  • Rates are subject to change without notice
  • 4.166% Hawaii Excise and 7.25% Accommodations taxes are added to daily rate.
  • Damage Deposit: A $200 (for the 1 bedroom cottage) and/or $300 (for the 3 bedroom home) damage deposit is required to hold your reservation. Deposit, less the cost of repairs if necessary, will be refunded by cashiers check within one week of checkout
  • Cancellation Policy: Thirty days prior to reservation date we allow a full refund of the deposit less a 15% booking fee. Cancellation refund within 30 days of arrival is subject to re-booking. Cancellation within 5 days of arrival date and "no-shows" will be charged in full unless re-booked. All cancellations are charged a 15% booking fee on a confirmed reservation. Cancellations must be made in writing. (Electronic mail constitutes written notice when a return receipt is requested and confirmed.) Deposits are not refunded during special holidays (Christmas-New Years (12/15-1/15), Thanksgiving (11/20-11/30), Easter (3/1-4/1), Memorial Day (5/26-5/31.)
