Exterior
       The Accommodation features:
  • Two bedrooms, two baths with an Asian style floor plan, with shoji doors for privacy, open beamed ceilings, wrap around decks.
  • A fully equipped kitchen with quality cookware and accessories.
  • A master suite with queen sized bed and large master bath with ocean view, Jacuzzi and separate shower. A queen sized bed in second bedroom.
  • A beautifully appointed office that can be used as a third bedroom.

The Location:
Nestled on the southwestern slopes of Mt. Mauna Loa, amidst its own beautifully landscaped 1.2 acres. Overlooking Kealakekua ("Pathway of the Gods") Bay, a marine preserve renowned for its exotic tropical fish, splendid corals, turtles and other aquatic wildlife.
Things to See & Do Nearby:
  • Visit the Puuhonua o Honaunau National Historical Park - a revered historical site.
  • Experience some of Hawaii's best snorkeling, kayaking and whale watching.
  • Swim near the dolphins in Kealakekua Bay.
  • Enjoy the close proximity to restaurants, markets and other amenities.
  • Help yourself to the tropical fruits & nuts of the many trees that ring the property.

Interior
 
Rates and Policies:
  • $195 to $250 per night based on occupancy, season & length of stay.
  • $1,365 to $1,700 per week based on occupancy, season & length of stay.
  • Please contact us for monthly rates.
  • Minimum stay is four (4) days.
  • Maximum number of guests are four, except by prior arrangement.
  • Full payment includes a refundable security deposit of $500, state taxes 11.42% and cleaning fee of $145. The security deposit will be refunded a maximum of 14 days after departure.
  • A $500 deposit is required to hold the reservation. Deposits are fully refundable when cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation with less than 60 days notice is subject to a $100 rebooking fee. Any refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival date will be based on ability to rebook to another party.
  • Check in after 3:00 p.m. - check out by 11:00 a.m. except by prior arrangement.
  • Directions, information on local attractions and amenities, plus flight and car reservation suggestions will be provided in response to rental inquiries.
