The Vacation Rental Features 3 Accommodation Options:
  • One Bedroom Suite with Shower (sleeps 2) - Private entrance, Queen size bed, shower, kitchenette with fridge & microwave.
  • One Bedroom/1 Bath Apartment (sleeps 4-5) - Private entrance, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, living room with custom couch that converts to Queen size bed. A large bedroom with air conditioner, 4-poster King size bed (Beautyrest mattress) & futon couch.
  • Two Bedroom/2 Bath Apartment (sleeps 6-7) - The above two units are combined to form the large 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment.
  • All 3 options include: beautiful views, access to heated pool & deck, quality linens & dishes, beach towels, hair dryers, TV, Wireless Internet, washer/dryer, & parking space. Rooms have high ceilings with fans.

Rates and Policies:
  • One Bedroom Suite with Shower: $95 per night (sleeps 2) or $665 per week.
    Cleaning fee $75. Refundable security/damage deposit of $200 is required at booking. Final payment must be made 30 days in advance.
  • One Bedroom/1 Bath Apartment: $160 per night (sleeps 4-5) or $1120 per week.
    Cleaning fee $120. Refundable security/damage deposit of $400 is required at booking. Final payment must be made 30 days in advance.
  • Two Bedroom/2 Bath Apartment: $250 per night (sleeps 6-7) or $1750 per week.
    Cleaning fee $175. Refundable security/damage deposit of $500 is required at booking. Final payment must be made 30 days in advance.
  • No refund if booking cancelled 30 days prior to arrival unless it is rebooked.
  • Hawaii sales & hotel taxes extra.
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
  • Minimum 3 nights stay.
  • No smoking on the property. No pets.
  • If you have toddlers or child non swimmers, the pool has a removable child safety fence which must be requested at booking. Adult supervision and responsibility for any children around the pool is required at all times.
  • Quiet 10:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • Rates include a fresh bouquet of tropical flowers, fruit, candy, and a package of 100% Kona coffee. See you soon!
