The Vacation Home features:
  • 1,700 sq. ft. of living space and 700 sq. ft. of covered lanai (deck) with ocean & mountain views.
  • Three bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths. The large master bedroom has a queen bed, bath, Jacuzzi, and walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a day bed with trundle which makes into two twins. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed.
  • A gourmet kitchen with all new appliances.
  • Ceiling fans in each room. Satellite TV, DVD/CD,Stereo.
  • Washer and dryer in two car garage.

The Location:

This beautifully furnished, nearly new home is located near Hawi and 3 miles from Kapaau, the historic plantation town that was once the capital of Hawaii. Now home to art galleries, boutiques and restaurants. Beautiful Pololu Valley is only 2 miles away and the Gold Coast resort beaches are only a 20-minute drive away.

Things to See & Do Nearby:
  • Isolated beaches, beautiful waterfalls
  • Biking, fishing, hunting, shopping, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, hiking on uncrowded trails
  • Take a kayak ride along a historic irrigation canal
  • Visit the Pololo Valley Overlook or take a guided hike to the black sand beach in the valley
  • Picnic at Keokea Beach Park (only 1/2 mile away)
  • Visit Lapakahi State Historical Park - a 600-year-old reconstructed Hawaiian fishing village

Rates and Policies:
  • Year round, $145 per night or $980 per week for 2 people OR $165 per night or $1085 per week if more than 2 guests - Sleeps 6.
  • Rates subject to Hawaii State Excise and Hotel Tax of 11.42%.
  • 3 night minimum stay.
  • $250 refundable deposit.
  • $125 cleaning fee for any stay.
  • Sleeps 6 (5 adults, 1 child).
  • Payment by check/money order. No credit cards.
  • 25% deposit on reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Full refund 30 days before arrival, 50% non-refundable if cancelled in less than 30 days. No refund if cancelled in less than 15 days.
  • Security deposit required 30 days prior to arrival.
