• Deluxe 1 Bdrm Suites: $125 per night (low season); $145 per night (high season)
• Corp.Bus. Suite (ADA Accessible): $145 per night (low season); $165 per night (high season)
• 1 Bdrm with Den (sleeps 5): $165 per night (low season); $185 per night (high season)
• Low Season: Sept.1-Dec.15 & Apr.16-Jun.30. High Season: Dec.16-Apr.15 & Jul.1-Aug.31
• Seven (7) night minimum stay required
• Rates based on 1-2 persons, extra person is $10 per night

• Payment: Payment in Full Due at Check-In. Credit Cards used only to Confirm and Hold a Condo. Payment of Room and Tax with Personal Checks, Cash, Travelers' Checks or Bank Drafts Acceptable.
• Deposit: A two (2) night deposit or an authorized major credit card is due within 10 days from the date that the reservation is made to secure the reservation or it is subject to cancellation. Credit Card waives deposit requirement. Payment in full due at check-in.
• Refund: A full refund will be made on reservations cancelled with proper notice as follows: Low Season: 14 days notice; High Season: 30 days notice.
• Cancellation: Any cancellation received without proper notice will be subject to a 2 nights fee.
• Cleaning Fee: There is a One-Time, Non-Taxed, Non-Waivable Cleaning Fee Accessed on All Rentals. The Fee is $40 for all Stays of 21 Days or Less, and $60 for all Stays of 1 Month or More.
• Maid Service: Maid Service is not offered. However, cleaning supplies are available in all condos.
• Parking: Reserved Parking at $10 / Day with Unlimited In/Out Privileges, Based on Availability. Parking is Off-Site, a short 2 minute walk, located at the 2211 Ala Wai Building.
